Our Story

DoseForge started as a passion project by a NASA engineer with a very specific frustration. The Breville espresso machine is a wonderful thing — its only real flaw is the mess you make grinding directly into the portafilter. The alternatives on the market were underwhelming, and every one of them felt like only half a solution.

So I asked myself a simple question: "What if it could do it all — and without the mess?" After hundreds of iterations, the DoseMate was born. It transformed my daily ritual from one of frustration and chaos into one of elegance and consistency.

Every DoseMate is designed and crafted with that same engineering mindset: precision, repeatability, and a genuinely better morning cup.
